i have a 305 in my chevy silverado...it has edelbrock 600 cfm carb ,performer intake, and headers/flowmaser...im looking to gain some horsepower , improve gas mileage and run a cleaner truck...i dunno if i should just take everything apart and take it to a machine shop..or just go out and buy a 350 w/400 crank to have fun with..any suggestions on doing this without spending 3+ grand?
