Yep it will fit i have a MSD extreeme HEI with the coil on top of the dizzy and it fits fine . As faras vacuum i have no problems what so ever getting vacuum for my brakes hooked them up to the supercharger itself .

There is a spot where the carb mounts a threaded hole that i put a 1$ adapter on and hooked my vacuum line to it for brakes .

I DO RECOMEND A BLOWER CARB ITS A MUST HAVE ITEM !!!!! I ran a 670 holley street avenger it was well ok id say untill i got my 750 demon blower carb wow what a difference its a weiand 144 supercharger also in a small datsun 280z took my 220 crank horses and put down 318 to the crank now and 260 to the tire all this at 6,000 ft above sea level .
