Save your money for the heads. I would not do anything until I had the new heads, and I would purchase an intake that would be a good match for the combination. You are not going to gain enough to warrant your proposed intake change.

I agree with Lynn. The Holley is a bit larger port size which you may or may not need. It claims performance to 7200 rpm but very few street engines really need this. Yoy would really need a pretty darn good roller cam set-up, more cam, and really nice heads to think about taking full advantage of this capability, and this is assuming your bottom end is suited for it as well. I'd wait until I bought my heads; treat it incrementally.
