    Almost 400 HP (attached). I used 72cc heads to get near the Compression Ratio you mentioned. You may be able to get near that with a dish piston and 64cc heads. You should play around with a compression ratio calculator and measure during assembly to make sure you do not go any higher (unless you want to goto a aluminum head or run race gas).
