Plenty of money !! Heres the easy way to get a guaranteed 400 HP.

    Convert it to a 383

Bolt a Weiand ^&! bower Kit on top

400 HP easy and you can feel the pull at low revs to high midrange

At 3K, which is where the dyno started loading, it had over 350ft/lbs and by 3400 it was over 400ft/lbs and didn't fall below 400ft/lbs until after 5300. Will be at the track tomorrow to see what kind of times it will pull in a '72 Nova with 3.90 gears and th-350 with 3500 stall.

Straight out the gate today we turned a 12.10 ET at 112mph. Dropped the jet's down a size in front and rear and run a 11.97 at 112 also. 60ft wasn't doing so well with a 1.63 best of the two runs. We adjusted tire pressure and the Caltracs and on the next run it pulled a 1.54 60ft and run a 11.92 at 113. Weather was horrible with a storm coming and the rain drops shut us down. Total timing was 35* and we didn't get a chance to play with it any.

just put a weiand 142 blower on it...fits under the hood...I have one on my 60 over 350(360")...early Lt1 2.02/1.60 angle plugg heads ported to the max...110 ls with about .555 lift with the 1.6 crower roller rockers (hydraulic cam) 850 holley modified by AED for the blower..hooker 1 7/8 super comp headers with 3 1/2" collectors...Ross 8-1 pistone all O ringed and studded...steel crank and "pinked" rods.....without the blower it was making just over 400hp...with the blower and about 12 lbs of boost...close to 600....slap the blower on it.....
