As suggested it is a lot simpler to use an small journal 327 block.
TRW used to make those spacers, but I haven't checked in a long time. I did just see that Jeg's is selling 350 crank to 400 block spacers. Maybe they could guide you if the Childs & Albert thing doesn't turn out.I intend to live forever; so far, so good.
