Run a Compression test across all the cylinders, if you’re getting a wide variance in the different cylinders, the timing will be off. If there all are reasonably close, I would check your valve adjustments next. (my hunch is it’s in the later)"If you can't run with the BIG DOGS stay on the Porch and screw their pooch ! "
