    Gassersrule 196, I'm not wanting to build an 'original' 302 and the 350 blocks have a 4.00 bore that can be bored even larger than the 283 block can,diameter wise,and the 350's are plentyful and cheaper than trying to find a 327 block.It's going in a S10 bracket racer,so no need for originality.Just looking for that high winding pleasure.Chooseing this build over the 305/400 crank that I posted about the other day.
    MI2600,thanks.I was thinking that because the 283's came with steel cranks that the rods would have been stronger but you may be right now that I think about it.
