$3,000 small block 350,$3,000 blower =6,000 alot of tunning and high maintenece.
$4,500 460 ford low maintenece and 1,500 bucks for other things ,I know ,I know the blower looks sooo impressive.
I'm not sure why we don't go with a Ford, my father has nothing against teh company (as you can see :P) but we just decided on a chebbie motor.

But you know, honestly, if I were in your position, I'd be thinking big block Chevy. It just doesn't get much better when you want to go really fast and stay together.
BB sounds nice, but will it be as cheap to get built as the SB would? I know we would start off with more power, and be able to run the blower on a more reasonable scale, but what about general parts for the BB, how would that come out financial wise?Father and son working to turn a '64 Falcon into a street and track monster.
