I believe you would be MUCH happier running a dual plane intake with those heads as single planes work best mid - upper rpm, the dual will work from idle to approx 5500 rpm which is past the stock 305's breathing range IMHO.
As for the cam choice, as for the ones you listed, I agree the #2 choice would work the best with those heads, and great behind a auto trans.Objects in the mirror are losing
