as i'll be doing a lot of bumpy, extreme angle off-roading, a q-jet is really the only sensible carb choise for my 383 stroker (plus it gives good low down torque), the trouble is which one????

for example, summit racing sells at least 20 different one, from new to remanufactured, edelbrock, rochester and holley versions, and then some which seem idendical but have a totally differnt price (by as much as $150)


can anyone give me any advice as to where to buy one, and which one to buy? preferably someone who has got one. im totally lost as i have no experience of them (yet!)
