They say the lifters are probably defective , be it a mechanical problem or possibly dirt in the lifter. My question is should a hydraulic lifter compress with just thumb pressure ?
Sounds like the valving in the lifters are worn. I have heard of a bad lifter problem a while back where no good lifters could be bought. I don't really know the details because I was running solid roller. I got this info from Cam Motion. Maybe you can look those people up and give them a call.
