Not trying to be rough on you, but this question has been asked (and answered) three times in the last 6 months. Check out the search feature above and it should answer all your questions.

my main question is what motor mounts do i need?
and if anyone knows, about how much do shops charge for putting rods onto pistons and to balance a crank?

just go to a parts store and buy the mounts for an 84 camaro with a 305 or 350. you will want to have the whole rotating assembly balanced, not just the crank.
