    engine knocking

     



    hey everybody, heres my question... im replacing my engine in my van. its hard to kick over but when it does it knocks super loud
    ! then itll die... i know the engine is gone just wondering what it could be.

    That could be lots of things. Broken rod or piston, dropped valve, broken flex plate, broken crankshaft, your guess is as good as any till you tear it down.
