It is not an LT1. LT1 weren't used in Roadmasters until 1994-1996 model years. LT1 was reverse-flow cooled. Your engine is not.

If you have a 92 RM 350, then it is an LO5 that uses a very mild roller cam and throttle body injection. It was rated at 180 fwhp @ 4000 rpm and 300 fw ftlbs at 2400 rpm. And yes, it is the same exact engine as used in the 1993 Chevy Caprice LTZ. The Caprice did have the 350 from 1989-1992 also, but that would be the police version of the 350 so it used a warmer cam.
