Thanks for that mate, Im not to fussed if it ends up destroying my bottom end, good excuse to go out and get a new short block and strok it to a 383. I was just a bit concerned with swap overs like the cam out of a 350 would be the same fit as a cam out of a 327, I understand the performance is different but the actual fit. theres just so many combos out there it doesnt hurt to ask to start with, a mate had his 327 done and had 350 pistons fitted by mistake, when he tried to start the engine he had about 75 psi of pressure in the chambers and couldnt start her. The rockers are a brand name yella terra which is an australian brand and they have the number 5 stamped on them so Im assuming there a 1.5, because of the price of fuel Ive had this girl running on lpg for the last 10yrs now, IVe been told compression is good for lpg and ideas
    Thanks steve
