    Flexplate won't turn...torque converter...

The 305 that came with my camaro has had the top end off for some time that I can tell, rust in the cylinders and on the pistons...over all pretty bad looking. As I said before I am pulling it and putting in the 350, everything is going fine except I can't get the flexplate on the camaro to turn due to the pistons being seized...can I just pull the motor with the torque converter still attached and then deal with it? Thanks in advance for any help.
