First of all, the engine has two major castings...the block and two heads.....how would there be an engine casting number? The casting has a part number. After it is cast, it is machined to dimensions....and therefore has another number. The machined number is usually the part number but that is not on the block or heads.
There is an identifier that you show to be TPA on your block. This indicates the body, transmission, a usually horsepower of the installed assembly. The other tag with some guy's name on it is probably a rebuilder tag.
