    Marvel oil? As in Marvel Mystery? I've never heard of that one. What is that supposed to do for the seals?

    Denny, as for the plug gap I will pull them and regap to .040" per your advice. Also sorry for mispelling your name earlier in the thread.

    Marvel Mystery Oil

     



    Denny you are right on!
    Dropped my oil level down to where I could add 2 cans of this blend. Whenever possible I ran at high rpm's and soon it softened those hard seals. Now I no longer need the Marvel, more than pleased with outcome. Wonderful thing about the
    tips and aids that are shared here.

    Factory Warranty.

     



    Well it did not void any warranty on my '63 327.
    Of course they were never privy to the cure. ha
