Before removing all the smog stuff, you might want to consider if you have to pass emissions testing. While I'm not required here, but I'm led to believe some states have a "visual" inspection which you would flunk if the correct equipment is altered or missing. You might want to check.

If you're not restricted by that, you can safely dump the smog pump and those lines to the exhaust manifolds. You could also dump the EGR (if so equipped) and all the vacuum lines associated with it.
