could be trash under the needle and seat. if your carb. is flooding and you think its trash under the needle and seat to clean it without pulling the top of the carb. off is to squeez the gas line closed until the carb. runs out of fuel, then when you crank it up again the new fuel rushing into the carb. will wash the trash off of the needle. fixed a lot of flooding carb. that way. if when you close the fuel line off and it runs better that tells you you could have a flooding carb. im not saying thats what it is im saying it might be.
