    305 build. INFO NEEDED!

O.K., I found a 350 ci, 4 bolt main block and built it up for my 84 Blazer. Now that it's in , and I had so much fun building it! (my first rebuild) I've decided that I just gotta do something with the 305 that I took outa the Blazer.

Now, I knew that the 305 is not a popular block for a performance build but geeez! I can't find anything to steer me in the right direction on this one. Unlike the 350 were info was everywhere!

I'm not looking to make a silk purse from a sowels ear so to speak. I would however like to free the little motor up and get a solid, dependable, power plant that will produce a good bit more than what it was giving me in factory configuration.

Any help on cam choice, pistons, heads, or any other usefull info (except, ditch the 305 ) would be very much appreciated
