    Nothing has really changed as far as I know. These cams we are talking about are not that big though. Just enough overlap to start sounding good. I built a high horse power 350 a while back. I first used the second design Chevy racing cam and then a custom made Ultradyne. It had ported Dart heads and a single plane Bowtie intake. That motor would kill plugs pretty damm quick If you didnt know how to drive it.
