Cam and a 350 4 bolt are seperate issues.

I didn't recognize the number you mentioned for the cam.
Have you tried the cam manufacturers?
Give Comp Cam a call, they are good people over there and they may be able to tell you what you have.

Four Bolt mains are just that, main caps have 4 bolts, not 2.
