    Question Head question?

I have asked alot of people this wuestion but never got a good answer. I have a 305 bored out to 327 specs. Is it possible to use a set of 202 heads off of a 400 small block. I know the 202's will fit on a 350, but I wanna get the tourqe from the 327, that and will the rods from a 400 fit inside of that block? Any input would be apreciated.
My 44" tires will run over your lowrider, and if you dont like me try to catch me in my Honda. RICERS RULE!!! But Chevys are still the BEST. FORDS SUCK( I used to own one. ) ~LIL FUZZ~

    First of all...how do you bore a 305 to a 327?

second if you do have a 305 block...no 2.02 head won't work.... they will fit but a certain valve lifts the bigger intake valve will hit the cylinder wall....

third...yes 400 rods will fit in your block. because the are shorter you will need a custom piston? why I would only use a shorter rod if I really need a quick rating engine....but then you would need a larger head to utilize them fully...not a good choice in my opinion....

from memory the 305 is a 3.75in bore x 3.480 stroke and will only accept a .030 in overbore in most case which will be a 312cu.in.
