    ok i had a cam from my 327 and one in my 283 i took my micrometer and measured them both the one that was in the 283 had a higher lift than the one out of the 327 so naturally i used it i think it is a hydraulic becaus the lifters in the 283 were hydraulic there are no numbers on the cam either i looked beleive it or not i am not a total dumbass i know to look for numbers on things before you ask stupid qusetions i did look for an answer on the cam and couldnt find one so i came here if i had a way to find out i would have all i know is that the cam in the 283 had a much higher lift than the one in the 327 also i have flat top pistons and i am sure the heads are 461 because i looked under the valve covers and got the number and ran it
