A while back i had my 502 BBC idling in the driveway, i accidentally hit the starter button instead of the ignition switch. It killed the motor and broke the starter. Replaced the starter, but it has not fired up since. I have fuel and the motor turns over. I replaced the ignition coil, but still nothing. Do i go straight to replacing the distributor? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
