Power loss
Been having some wiring problems got a loose terminal in fuse box an that were msd is hooked to but car don't seem to have the power it used to have could it be causing power loss, when I turned head lights on it quit . When running I can't hear it miss.

Your post doesn't seem to be worded well.
But: if the terminal is loose, you might try switching your ignition to another fuse..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Yes! MSD main power (+ & -) needs to be sourced directly from the battery. Only the ignition trigger is wired to the ignition switch.
