750 are to big . can get vaccum at base plate of carb or drill and tap by the intake carb base .would not mess with a plug not very good to thread .less you want to turn a plug out of round stock 6061 t6 then tap it .then use 620 loctite to hold it in the intake if you do not want to weld hole up
