have many H beam with Arp 2000s bolts and 4340 scat crank engines out there at 750to 850hp with no power adders so add 200/400 hp to the shot thats what many are doing with the china parts with out callies or carillo rods .moving up to a callies is about $1000.added on the crank about the same with rods if your going to make 1000to1300 with out NOs then buy usa parts but if you think the new carillos will not move your wrong i rebuilt them fork end will move there better rods Crower or Olivers. the Horwards move to i seen it if your making big power i go to BME rods. but there more to this as you never said what size it is or whats sitting on top of it CID and RPM plays in to this and what power your going to make and power adders your going to use . at this time i must have 100+ engines with scat/pbm .eagle.pep wheeler. manley . rpm. elgin .cat.compstar.ohio crank. other no name H beam rods. but there more to this. knowing to make the part fit is key to getting it to live, lack of knowing how to set the parts up when you pull it out of the box. even the best parts can fail

How much compression on the aforementioned small cam 870hp? I am seeing guys run the e85 and being consistent. I can't afford 8 dollars a gallon for race fuel. I will have to scrape to get one of these high dollar hi-po engines to be honest, so I realize you save money doing it right the first time and not doing it over, the second time.
