low tension oil rings
Getting new 15:1 custom pistons made and they are asking if I will be running standard or low tension oil rings. Any pros or cons to the low tension as opposed to the standard. I do run a vacuum pump.
Thanks

We ran them in a couple engines, never really noticed any difference in ET or even on the chassis dyno...... Stands to reason that less friction is better, don't see where they could hurt anything in a drag car.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
