    teflon past or permatex non drying like aviation i used this stuff for 30 years on wet head bolts always done the job .with teflon you may need to back down on max TQ on head bolts less ARP head bolts. stock or cheaper bolts you can hour glass them with teflon. i go no more then 70 tq if teflon past
