ok i do not know what cam you have now ? how much CR you have? many of some of the better older cam grinds are copy of the GM hp cams . how are the hell are they going to know if its a stock GM grind ? with GM numbers????

sorry for the lack of info, 461 with 215 heads on flat tops, 2.19/188 valves with I am guessing about 9.5 to 1 compression, cam is a just an rv cam that makes about 16" of vac currently. they actually have a tear down rule in place in my class, so it may be measured eventually if I keep winning. I asked the same question about how they would know and all I was told is " we will know".

no i do not think they would.. G m marine cam 500/500 222/234 lc 115 close to this cam works good and the l88 grind along with the roller grinds are the only gm cams i used for bbc
