    cam may not help much if heads are stock with no work the ls6 copy cam is not small for a 402 .what stall do you have in the car now intake . headers ? carb CFM s .i have in a customer s 427 621/621 246/254 @050 on 108 car as more CR then you have and 456 gear and 4000 stall with this engine
