spring question
this may sound like a dumb question but the springs in this pic the old spring seems to have the same amount of coils top and bottom. The new spring seems to have closer coils at one end. my question is which end is the top(retainer end

yep you put the smaller/closer wound part of the spring at the bottom of head.bigger wind is top retainerIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip
