Hmmm, doesn't sound pretty. 195cc intake ports would be expected to do a good job on a 383 cubic inch small block.

What about these heads casting 3931063. I found a guy who has these for sale for 500 bucks they have stainless manley 2.19/1.88 valvles no port work.
