    My uncle said there is no lash that it must be a hyd cam. Thanks a lot pat, I'm going to take a look for pics and check that flywheel again. In the meantime I'll order the bronze tipped 5.75.

    well if you are sure buy the hollow tube steel tip one .stock ones are ok .but for very hi rpm i do not care for the added mass of the soild pump push rod .there not much , so i started to used them many years ago .but if just a hyd low rpm solid stock gm is fine .should not be hard to pick up
