    use the bronze tip one if you think you have a steel core billet cam roller cam most steel cores are for solid roller cam .i have had steel cores made for hyd roller cams gm made some as well .so if there no lash could be a hyd iron core cam if has lash could be a flat lifter cam or steel core roller cam a sbc or bbc pump rod is the same size thats 5.750 . so you should know what you have for a cam .i would use the bronze tip one and call it good .less you pull in intake off and look down it to see if you a roller cam or not?as for the weight on the fly wheel its welded on by the ring gear or could use a bolt on balance plate if you look on e bay .summit .jegs will show you a photo of the 454 fly.or go to the parts store see if they have one and look at it .
