Thanks for your comments, but I was hoping that someone out there might have actually had one of these in use to give some real world insight, instead of just opinions of what you think of these cams.

So does anyone have a Thumper cam in use???

i put more cams in bbc then you have own or builtwhen i say i would not use one thats the real world thats more then a opinion......that insight... .sorry if you can not deal with it

Cam selection takes so many other things into consideration.... what's the rest of your engine, SCR, DCR, usage, valve sizes, port sizes, etc, etc, etc.?>???????

The only way it would matter how someone else's use of a specific cam worked out for them is if your engine were identical in every detail.....

BTW, the opinions expressed on this thread come from countless years of experience making cars go fast......
