    as a engine builder .i have used cams that size in hyd rollers and smaller cams to and bigger in solids rollers for street . they allways work much better then a flat lifter cams .that cam i would say will work . should make good number?for what you are doing with the truck what is that ??you will have to check your heads over for retainers to seals and guids .your piston to valve may be ok but i do not know what you have done to the engine pistons .heads valve size so this should be check for piston to valves
