I think the intake centerline is 101 ATDC and the exhaust centerline is 113 BTDC. That would give you the lobe separation angle of 107 degrees. If that's true, then at 0.050" tappet lift, the intake would open at 26.5 degrees BTDC and close at 48.5 degrees ABDC. The exhaust would open at 65 degrees BBDC and close at 19 degrees ATDC

If you installed the cam straight up on the 101 intake centerline with the intake closing at 48.5 ABDC, the static compression ratio to dynamic compression ratio would work out like this.....
9.8:1 static....7.950:1 dynamic
10.0:1 static....8.108:1 dynamic
10.2:1 static....8.266:1 dynamic
10.4:1 static....8.424:1 dynamic
10.6:1 static....8.582:1 dynamic
10.8:1 static....8.740:1 dynamic
