    tall deck is 10.200 block. look at the top water pump bolt hole on a short deck 9.800 it is about 1/8 from deck and .the tall deck about 1/2 inch from deck the tall decks have a 1/8 npt plug by the front of the intake rail

    and that was to supply oil to the air compressor for the air brakes
