all my bbc s are solid roller s and have been that way for 20 years .if driving it alot like 4000 or more miles i would used a hyd roller cam but if not solid rollers work fine but at 3000 miles on cheaper rollers you want to take them out wash them check for wear and reuse them or put new set in the hippo crower or crane pros and isky red line are the better one s and hold up very well . thats a small cam so it will not need alot of valve spring so it will not work the rollers hard like it would be with a bigger cam that would need a bigger spring low rpm low oil spash to the rollers and alot valve spring lbs can wear on the lifter BUT the lifter skiding and loss of valve train stably will end the lifter life span and use a good oil with zddp in it and they will last longer
