    alot of the hyd roller cams are iron core they work ok never had one give me any trouble but for a boat or a all out drag car i would like the steel core i have run them with abit less on seat 130/140 open i think 380 but your springs will loose 5or 10 pounds after they take a set this is a steel core cam and if you tap it it rings
