    Stretching Spring In Oil Pump

i HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE YOU SELLS A "HIGH PRESSURE" OIL PUMP FOR A BBC, ONLY HIGH VOLUME.
    QUESTION 1

    WHY DOESN'T ANYONE MAKE ONE?

    QUESTION 2

CAN I JUST REMOVE & STRETCH THE SPRING ALITTLE TO INCREASE THE PRESSURE?

    THANKS

if you run a HI volume the pressure will be more. less your past .003.5 on the rods and mains why do you want hi pressure ??? you can add a shim under the spring if you must

    Do not stretch it.

    HV gives you 25% more.

I Was Told That The "25%" Is Refering To 25% More Volume Over Stock Volume, Not Pressure.

If you have the volume available, you can set the pressure where you want it. That is correct.

Pressure is the result of flow. More flow means more pressure. Use a HV pump ............

or back pressure/ resistance from more flow that in turns takes more HP to run the oil pump and will take the gear off the cam or dist in time

Just stay in a warm climate, and use thin oil.
