this is a chevy bbc i build my share of bbc chevys only seen one that was on the small side . i just bore the cam bore out were it needs. not the out side shell of the bearings ? but what ever makes you happy . how or why if you do not mind me asking would you go thru all the time to make up a drive mandrill to hold the cam bearing not to spin and trash the finsh were the cam would run in it. then find the center of the bearing with no run out then cut it ? that is how you do it right? i use the ground outer i guess you could do one of that type. but not the rolled butt clench type of cam bearing
