.....I ran nitrous on my '84 Camaro & for the fuel supply I put a Jaz 5 Gallon fuel cell up front where the battery was {I had the battery in the trunk}. And then put an electric fuel pump beside it so I just had a totally separate fuel source for the nitrous. I then put race fuel in the Jaz cell but since then I read somewhere that it wasn't good to mix race fuel & pump gas together like that.... oh & I had the timing retarded but I don't remember how much..... Don't do what I did & just keep putting bigger jets in though!! I had a 305 in it, it was fine w/ the 125 jets, fine w/ the 150 jets, ah but the 175 jets? KABOOM!!! No more motor!!!! A stock 305 isn't made for a 175 shot! Bill

Yup, if a small shot is a little bit of fun, then a bigger shot must me more fun, right????? In the pursuit of scientific investigation, we determined a 250 hp shot on a stock 302 with 80,000 miles was a bit much!!!! But man, was it a great explosion, even took the starter off the side of the block!!!!!
