Could be Little John's. They used to be the largest dealer along that strip but they sold a big area on the south side of the road and that was where a lot of the old good stuff was. I don't know whether they permit pulling your own engines at this time. I've bought a lot of stuff from them and they have been easy to work with. There are several yards along that road. Some are okay but some are pretty grim.

I had what I think was an unusual experience at one of them a couple of months back. A new bunch opened up. They were specializing in Mopars. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but I have some Mopars so I told them I wanted to go in and look around. The guy told me "Fine. That will be one dollar admission." I sort of laughed but then I saw that he wasn't kidding.

I told him to forget it.

Thanks, I'll definitely check them out.

It looks like I'm going to have to hold off on getting the 350 right now. I need a few things for my Vette right now, and I'll have to use a portion of my engine money on it. But if I can find a complete engine for around $125-150, I can probably still get one.
