you would use a 427 car piston ch of 1.765 one 454 crank 4.000 this get you a 462 .030or a468.060 or a470 .070 ,475 100 ,482 125,over on the bore the rod you need would be 6.425 long you would be .010 down in the hole BUT they would be customs rods $$ so a 6.385 rod 250 longer than stock and cut off the deck .040 to be down .010 in the hole. i would just cut 030 off the deck call it good you would be 020. down in the hole or go .005 more that would put you at .015this is a lot of work for small cid. i would save your money and build a 4.1/2 crank 526+ or just sell it and let some fine out how much work it takes .when all done you can get a 468 short deck that will bolt up headers will fit and the cid will be the same and may be less money in the long run. on you truck rods they are ok but they will not work for your build. there are better rods out now.at one time some guys used them in mild builds but there are H beams you can get new for $300 that are much better now
