What 496 stroker kit to use?

I know the old saying you get what you pay for, so my question is would this 496 crank for sale on ebay work well? Or does anybody have a suggestion as to what I should use? I have a 1991 (I think) 454 marine engine that I would like to stroke to 496ci.
